Below is the reconditioning process for metal open head drums:

Collection: Used metal tight head drums are collected and returned to the reconditioning facility for further processing.
2️⃣
Inspection: Upon arrival, the drums are immediately inspected and categorized according to their condition and quality.

Goedgekeurd voor thermische reconditionering: De vaten worden in een oven geplaatst en blootgesteld aan hoge temperaturen. Na verhitting worden de vaten gestraald om alle resten te verwijderen. Tot slot ondergaan ze verschillende processen zoals uitdeuken, hervormen en opnieuw verven.

No longer suitable for reconditioning: The metal tight head drums are processed into raw material. The recovered materials are then recycled into new products, such as automotive components or construction materials.
3️⃣
Quality Control: The cleaned metal tight head drums are inspected through multiple leak tests, screenings, and quality checks to ensure they meet the required standards.
